Madison Lombardo is a lyric mezzo-soprano based in Seattle, Washington. Known for her commitment to creative and authentic storytelling, Madison brings versatility and depth to the stage. Madison debuted two roles this summer: Dorothèe in Massenet’s Cendrillon with Miami Music Festival and Ottone in Montverdi’s L’incorozione di Poppea with Chicago Summer Opera. Madison will also cover the role of Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus with Kitsap Opera September 2026.

Throughout fall 2025 and spring 2026 Madison brought Giselle from A Woman Driven by Seumas Gange to life in a studio recording. A Woman Driven is set to be released in the fall of 2026.

Other recent performances include Marquise (cover) in La Fille du Régiment with Kitsap Opera and Hansel from Hansel and Gretel with Northwest Opera in Schools, etc. (NOISE). Madison has also been seen in the choruses of Seattle Opera, Tacoma Opera and Puget Sound Concert Opera.

Alongside her operatic endeavors, Madison brings her artistry to both contemporary groups and church settings.

In addition to her performance career, Madison maintains a thriving private voice studio, Merkari Voice Studio, specializing in work with neurodivergent singers and rehabilitative vocal technique. She is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and also presented independently at the International Congress of Voice Teachers in July 2025, titled “Nurturing Young Neurodivergent Singers.” More information about voice lessons is available at merkarivoicestudio.com. .
